Hands down the best meal we have had in a long time! Fresh, hot and absolutely delicious! And Blaq was accommodating to my anaphylaxis allergy. Our waitress was Phenomenal! Nothing was too much trouble! Attentive but not intrusive. We sat right near the wood fire in the middle of winter and the atmosphere was romantic, perfect for our anniversary celebration! The restaurant was buzzing, but not loud! Love, love, love! We will definitely be back!

On entering the door we were immediately greeted by a lovely lady, who looked after us the entire time we were there. The inside of the restaurant was beautifully decorated for Christmas in July. All the food was exquisite, especially the confit duck. Chef Saran went above and beyond in catering to my dietary needs, making alternatives for parts of my meals. It was an absolutely wonderful dining experience. We'll definitely be going back again. I'd give it a low star rating, just so that we'd be able to get back in there again without it being booked out, but it definitely gets a 5 star rating from us. We definitely look forward to going there again, many times in the future.

We recently ate at Gia's in Leura which does Sri Lankan food. We had lamb croquettes and calamari for starters - fabulous, we could have shared one as the servings at Gia's are very generous. The curries were also great, we had the chicken and the prawn. Spicy and tasty but not hot, quite different from Indian curries. The service was quick and attentive, by a very friendly staff member
