Food was good, service was great, and they even helped us take pictures outside for our anniversary

Well kept property. Under staffed. Just the host and 1 server. Food was mediocre. Desserts were probably purchased at a local grocery store. Sandwiches were “California style” not the usual tea sandwiches. Tea was good although we had to keep asking for refills (due to lack of staff). Friendly but they were under staffed. Sangria flights weren’t the best. We couldn’t taste the wine. They definitely need to improve their menu and hire more staff.

The customer service here is truly outstanding—our server was attentive without being intrusive, always ready with recommendations and ensuring our glasses were never empty. As for the food, it was perfectly acceptable, though not extraordinary. The menu offered a variety of options, and while the dishes we tried were tasty, they didn’t quite leave a lasting impression. However, the quality was solid, and sometimes that’s all you need for a satisfying meal. The ambiance of the restaurant is where The Cozy Corner really shines. With its soft lighting, tasteful decor, and comfortable seating, it creates a welcoming atmosphere that encourages relaxation and conversation. It’s the kind of place where you can enjoy a leisurely meal without feeling rushed. The noise level was moderate, allowing us to engage in pleasant conversation without having to raise our voices, which significantly added to the overall experience. In conclusion, while the food may not have been the star of the show, the exceptional customer service and inviting ambiance made for a delightful evening. I would recommend The Cozy Corner to anyone looking for a comfortable dining experience where you can unwind and enjoy the company of friends or loved ones. A Pleasanton favorite eatery! Great tasting foods and drinks…. Try their Godfather!!!! And don’t forget to ask for black cherries. If your really like a great tasting drink ask for cognac…. Just sayin!

Love this place good food and service we always enjoy dining here and have never had any problems for a date or a family or a celebration.
