A fantastic experience, from drinks on the terrace overlooking the beautiful gardens and then in to dinner. A stunningly presented meal, each dish a picture but also delicious. Friendly service at a relaxing pace which gave us a relaxed and enjoyable evening. A short stroll round the garden before tea in the lounge ending with a few games of dominoes. Would love to visit again.

It was a joy to experience really delicious, creative flavours through the different courses. The atmosphere was relaxed and all the staff were engaging and knowledgeable about the foods.

The food was well presented, tasty and generous. I'm not a fan of the "Sunday Lunch" experience generally as I prefer a wider choice (including fish) but sometimes it is unavoidable when hosting friends. Here at least the meals were excellent and the service friendly and attentive. I shall be returning to try the normal menu and look forward to the revised wine list too.

I came here for afternoon tea and it was delicious. The hotel was beautiful and the staff were so nice and caring!
