Special was prime rib and it was very nicely presented, but I shouldn't have to ask for an accompaniment like horseradish or au jus. Because the service was slow I had to flag the server done to ask for it and she seemed clueless that such a thing was typically served with prime rib. Since she had no trouble retrieving it from the kitchen I'll assume that someone just forgot to plate that with the entree.
