Really good overall experience - entire food order was delicious but could highly recommend the lobster burger and the scallops and black pudding! Reasonable prices and a good wine selection.

Delicious and beautifully presented food in a wonderful setting. The price point reflects the quality and standard of the food and of the whole experience. The setting is perfect and in the warmer months, take advantage of an aperitif or coffee , on the terrace, overlooking the grounds. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and any queries are answered quickly and efficiently. A fantastic place for a special event. We can’t wait to go back again.

Greeted immediately. Staff really friendly and helpful throughout. Kept us informed at all times. Food and wine were outstanding, light soufflés, tasty meat and fish. Can’t fault any of the dishes. Good balance of flavours. Highly recommended and a reasonable price for the quLity.

Me and a group of my friends booked a table expecting a Jazz night vibe but instead it was a live rock band. Slightly disappointed but the atmosphere was good and wasn't too loud so ended up staying having drinks till close.

Well worth booking. Good pub atmosphere, tasty food and super staff. Set us up for a great night at the theatre right on the doorstep.
