    Meine Frau und ich waren gestern im Restaurant Michaels Leitenberg abendessen. Bereits die Snacks (Pie Tea, Nori Tartlette, Pommes Soufflées) und die Amuse Bouches (Dorade, rote Garnele) waren sehr, sehr lecker und exquisit. Wir hatten aus dem Menü 6 Gänge statt den 8 Gängen im Gesamten gewählt. Und genau wie es begonnen hatte ging es auch weiter: Yellowtail Kingfish, Meerforelle, Kohlefisch und Prime Beef alles perfekt und auf dem Punkt gegart, einfach köstlich. Leider fielen die Desserts (Macademia und Erdbeere) etwas ab: sie waren „nur“ noch lecker. Hier sehen wir Verbesserungspotential. Der Service war stimmig und die Weinempfehlung phänomenal! Würden wir in der Nähe wohnen, kämen wir gerne wieder.

    Zu fünft haben wir einen sehr schönen Abend verbracht - in einer sehr angenehmen, gediegenen Atmosphäre. Das Menü war hervorragend „komponiert“, der Service unaufdringlich, professionell, freundlich! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
