The food was excellent from start to finish. First course was the scallops appetizer - 3 huge diver sea scallops perfectly cooked with a little side salad and a delicious creamy dressing with a little bit of spice. Next up, the stuffed pork chop and the fillet special - both great. The pork chop is stuffed with spinach and cheese and topped with a little cherry sauce and it also comes with mashed potatoes and a vegetable. The fillet special was outstanding - perfectly cooked and covered with a blue cheese sauce and lump crabmeat - a wonderful combination - also accompanied by mashed potatoes and asparagus. Dessert was a very unusual but tasty treat - gelato with beer , cherries and chocolate. Our server, Rachel, was excellent - very pleasant, helpful and attentive to our every need It’s BYOB which we appreciate and hope it remains so because it’s definitely one of the best Italian restaurants in the neighborhood. Thanks to everyone for another wonderful meal.
