We enjoyed a lovely lunch with friends - easy to recommend the Beach House as a place for lunch.

We recently celebrated our daughter’s 15th birthday with a quiet family dinner at Roku Den in Torquay, and it was lovely. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and cared for. The service was warm, attentive, and thoughtful without ever feeling over the top. The staff were so friendly and made the evening feel special. What really touched us was the beautiful surprise they had prepared for Zara, a handwritten birthday note waiting on the table, and later in the evening, a few mochi desserts served with candles for her to blow out. It was such a kind and thoughtful gesture, and it made her feel so special. And the food… just next level delicious! Every dish we ordered was fresh, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavour, everything was prepared with care and skill. We left feeling so grateful for such a special experience. If you’re looking for incredible food, first-class service, and genuinely thoughtful hospitality, Roku Den is an absolute gem. Thank you to the wonderful team — we’ll definitely be back! 🍣🎂💛
