Dear Valued Customers, The Ambassador Training Restaurant is a TAFE NSW-licensed venue. Demonstrating our reputation as a leader in education and training for hospitality and culinary students, the students practice delivering fine dining food & develop their skills within an operational environment. As we are a licenced venue, BYO is not permitted. All dietary requirements must be advised in advance through your OpenTable platform booking. Meals will be served alternate drop, meaning you will not have a choice from the menu and will have limited facility for alterations. Payments will be made after your meal (special functions excepted); we do not accept cash or split bills.We only take reservations via OpenTable. The food prepared by the TAFE students was outstanding, as was the service. They are to be congratulated. We would have liked to have been able to buy a glass of wine to accompany the delicious food.

This was my first time dining here with my family, what an amazing experience! It was the best food I have had at a restaurant, the owners were super-friendly and warm. This will definitely be our regular place to visit for delicious meals!

Food was delicious, but the service let it down, quite slow, waited a good 15minutes before they came took our order and then when asking for another drink, it never arrived
