Always a great experience to visit Blaq for our special occasions with friends. Innovative and delicious food, efficient and friendly staff. Wonderful ambience and location.

The cocktails were amazing! Such a lovely place - it was cosy and warm and inviting. Went with two friends as part of a girls weekend away, and we shared some delicious plates of food and tried a few of the cocktails - the peach one was our winner! Definitely recommend :)

At first glance given the address I imagined the restaurant to be part of a mediocre motel. With trepidation I drove to Katoomba to be pleasantly surprised by the little schoolhouse setting with a fireplace and excellent service scrumptious food. Highly recommended and we will be back.

**Review of Last Night's Seafood Dinner at Hatters Restaurant** Last night’s seafood dinner at Hatters Restaurant was absolutely incredible. The seafood was so fresh, you could taste the quality in every bite. The flavors were rich and perfectly balanced – truly one of the tastiest seafood meals I’ve ever had in my life. They mentioned they source their seafood daily from the Sydney Fish Market, which explains the exceptional freshness and taste. The staff were not only friendly but also very knowledgeable, making the whole experience even better. The atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing dinner. Although it’s early days for their dinner service, they’re already planning to expand the menu – and based on this experience, I can’t wait to see what’s next! We’ll definitely be coming back.
