Ama at Cane Bay is hands down one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in the Virgin Islands. The atmosphere is pure tropical paradise—open air with stunning views of Cane Bay, the tide breaking on the rocks nearby, and the kind of laid-back elegance that makes you instantly relax. The food was absolutely outstanding. My wife ordered the filet mignon, which was cooked to perfection—tender, flavorful, and paired beautifully with mashed potatoes. I went with the night’s special: seared scallops atop pan-fried polenta cakes, and it was incredible. Perfectly cooked scallops, crisp-edged polenta, and a sauce that tied it all together—it was one of those dishes you don’t want to end. Service was equally impressive. Friendly, attentive, and just the right mix of professional and casual. We never felt rushed, and every detail was spot on. Whether you’re celebrating something special or just want a memorable meal in a spectacular setting, Ama is a must-visit. We’ll definitely be back.

We sat out on the patio. There was a nice breeze. You get to stare right into the ocean. Amazing set up. 

The food is always delicious and the staff if friendly and attentive but not overbearing. The choices for foods has something for everyone. This is a stop we always include while we’re on the island.
