Best Romantic Restaurants in Trier-Zentrum

Great experience at Krämerei in Trier! Booking was easy—we’d asked for an outdoor table if the weather was nice, and they had it ready for us. Later, when it got chilly, the owner kindly suggested we move inside. Really thoughtful! He spoke German, English, and French, and made sure to talk to us in whatever language we were most comfortable with, which we appreciated. The food was excellent. We shared a goat cheese and strawberry salad to start—surprisingly delicious combo! Two of us had galettes (one with prawns, one with grilled veggies), and both were super tasty. Our third friend had the fish and really enjoyed it too. We all ended with crème brûlée and strawberry ice cream—perfect finish. We were all very happy and will definitely come back!

Birthday lunch was great. Ambiance and views of Trier was amazing! The food was delicious! Price was good, amazing value!

It was very good. The place is very clean and nicely decorated. Very quiet, so very pleasant. I ate an starter and a vegetarian plate with spinach. The starter was very good, the main course was a bit heavy for my taste, but very fresh and besides that I cannot complain. They have a very nice choice of wines which I highly recommend. The coffee could have been better. Their service is lovely. My friend took a plate with meat with french fries. The french fries were excellent, I tasted. Definitely a place to try. A bit hidden that's a pity.
