Best Romantic Restaurants in Orleans

I tried to treat my parents for a 45th wedding anniversary present. Talked to 28 Atlantic 3 days before the reservation to determine how to pre-pay. I was told I was all set and passed that info along to my parents. They dined and had a pleasant experience, but then were handed a check. My parents questioned this. It then took an additional 3 phone calls over the course of the evening to complete the transaction. Not an elite level experience. This situation coupled with the near bar-room brawl between guests last summer at 28 Atlantic when I dined with my husband makes me reconsider this an as upscale dining option.

We celebrated our 45th wedding anniversary and couldn’t have been happier with the service and hospitality shown. From the moment we arrived, we were cheerfully greeted and attended to. The food was amazing including some special treats sent out by the kitchen. We had an excellent experience. Michael, our waiter, was excellent and took great care of us.

Service was absolutely excellent people. All of the staff were friendly, kind courteous, and appropriate. The appetizers were delicious. The main course was a bit disappointing. The fish wasn’t fresh. The bread was stale. The ambience was excellent, and we are very comfortable there. In the future, I would be tickle pain just to get the appetizers. Maybe it was because it was a Monday after the weekend?

Had an amazing time at the Derby party at the Outer Bar and Grill- on point Southern appetizers and a fun atmosphere- always a favorite spot and the service was perfect!!
