We visited Picanha Brazilian Steakhouse in West Nyack to celebrate my husband's birthday. The overall atmosphere was lively and the service was excellent — especially our main server, who was extremely friendly and attentive. However, the air conditioning inside was way too cold, to the point where it was uncomfortable to sit and enjoy the meal. Also, the servers started bringing meat non-stop right from the beginning, which felt a bit overwhelming at first. That said, the meat itself was delicious and well-cooked. The salad bar was decent, but I was slightly disappointed by the limited variety of options available. It would’ve been nice to see a bit more selection. We went on a Thursday, so we were able to enjoy a great deal — $35 per person — which made it a good value. But to be honest, if we had to pay the full regular price of around $50, I don’t think we would have chosen this place.
