El bar y restaurante Birch's se mudó oficialmente a Long Lake. El emblemático edificio en el que se instaló el Birch's albergó en primer lugar al Hansen House en la década de 1960 y luego se convirtió en Billy's Lighthouse, un lugar apreciado por muchos de los habitantes de Long Lake y de las zonas periféricas del oeste.
