The Queen Anne Victorian at 210 Savannah Road in Lewes, DE has stood tall for over 100 years. Built in 1899, Captain W. “Diver” Johnston at the age of 52 collaborated with his business partner (William H. Virden) to build a beautiful new house for him and his wife, Isabella.     The food is really good here! We had 2 appetizers and 3 entrees The last time I was there they had background music on which was really nice. If they did last night, you could just barely hear it and it would have been better for the overall ambiance. Main room tastefully decorated with a nice bar and high tops in an adjacent room. They have recently added lunch and the menu looked great, so I'd love to try that. This was my 3rd time to the restaurant and we have all always been very happy with our dinner. I must add that we are a picky group!

    Absolutely wonderful in every way!!! Compliments to your creative chef for preparing such outstanding cuisine. Our server, Haley, was so attentive. Actually the entire staff was friendly and accommodating. Dine on their large deck overlooking the canal or their beautiful inside dining areas. Oh, and compliments to the mixologist for the great cocktails and wine selection. This is a must go to place for dinner when in Lewes!!
