Best Romantic Restaurants in Hamilton

We love coming to Charcoals and no trip to Glasgow is complete without a visit. It’s not just a meal here, it’s an experience. The staff are friendly and courteous, and the food is always amazing. Highly recommend.

I eat at a lot of steak joints and they do vary considerably in quality but this place is pretty high up the ranks. The steak was perfectly done and full of flavour. The staff were warm, efficient and knowledgeable. My only small qualms are that we did feel like we were being upsold on items and my usual bugbear of having gratuity pre-included (I increased the tip anyway for excellent service). All in all though a very enjoyable experience.

Staff where lovely, I had booked the cocktail bar instead of the roof top and the girl managed to get us up to the rooftop bar for an hour which we really appreciated, also the young guy with the blond hair was so nice and courteous helped us choose cocktails and checked back to make sure everything was good

Excellent food - I particularly liked the Salmon Naga Naga. Great atmosphere, wonderful service, and a superb and wide-ranging menu of inventive choices. Top restaurant.

Some of the warmest and welcoming staff in Glasgow each time I visit. Frickles and wings! What more do you need as beer food before a gig! Really enjoyable.
