Following the enormous success of Zuma London, Rainer Becker quickly recognised the huge popularity of robatayaki cuisine and opened ROKA Charlotte Street, London in 2004. The principal cuisine comes from the Robata grill. Located amid diners the grill forms an integral design element of all the restaurants but more than being a stunning feature, the robata is truly the heart of ROKA. In 2007, Hamish Brown became the Head Chef of ROKA Charlotte Street. A native New Zealander, Hamish brought with him a great passion for blending the great Asian cuisines that make up the Western Pacific Rim. La vista es inmejorable y el lugar esta en el punto turistico mas conocido que hay. La comida esta muy buena y las bebidas ricas pero no espectaculares. El precio es muy elevado para los restaurantes en Dubai. Se cobra la vista mas que todo lo demás.
