absolutely wonderful! from the moment we walked in, the family who runs the place (they are all related somehow - it’s awesome) was so kind and warm and welcoming. they read what i wrote in the reservation notes and were great about that. food was delicious. i ate enough cheese to last a lifetime. but could have had more. everything was so good, we feel like we need to go back and eat our way through the menu. delicious dessert. they are genuinely pleased to have you as guests and very much care that you are happy. a heart warming and belly filling experience!

Dinner before going to the theatre and overnight in Philly. Early reservation gave us an interior table near the bar. Noise was fine, little noisy at first as groups gathering after work before being seated. Server Matt was excellent. Gave us time to enjoy a drink and peruse the menu. Wife is GF and he offered options and some substitutions making almost every entree n option. Food was wonderful, felt like late fall winter dining on a cold rainy night - we did the short rib and pork belly.
