The DeSimone's Steakhouse is nestled in the mountains, near Hoover Dam, inside the Railroad Pass Casino and Hotel, serving quality cuts of meat, fresh seafood and Italian dishes in an Old Vegas setting. DeSimone's Steakhouse offers guests a fine-casual dining experience. A starter of coconut shrimp with an apricot sweet chili, spinach artichoke dip with warm tortilla chips, or traditional French onion soup. Guests can feast on a main course of filet mignon with lobster tail, Thai curry seabass, or indulge in our famous slow-roasted prime rib. Our restaurant also offers fresh salad, hearty soups and scrumptious desserts. DeSimone's Steakhouse offers a selection of wine and handmade craft cocktails. Hours are Wednesday through Sunday from 4pm to 10pm.
