You can really tell this is USDA Prime and aged—the marbling melts right into the meat, giving each bite that buttery, rich texture you want in a top-tier steak. Texture: Soft enough to cut with a fork, with a gorgeous crust on the outside. They nailed the sear. Worth it? At $68, it’s not cheap, but it’s not trying to be. This is steakhouse quality through and through—bold, indulgent, and perfect for a splurge night. Tip: Ask for it with their chimichurri or house steak sauce if you want to elevate it even more And for the supreme burger This isn’t your average burger—it’s a stacked beast of a meal, built with a ribeye patty that tastes more like steak than ground beef. Loaded with crispy beef bacon, caramelized onions, creamy avocado, coleslaw, and a crispy onion ring—all tucked in a fresh bun—it hits every flavor note. Taste: Savory, sweet, crunchy, creamy—it’s all there. The beef bacon adds a smoky edge, and the coleslaw gives it a cool crunch that balances the richness of the burger. Size: It’s huge. Definitely a two-hander, and almost too good to share (but also totally shareable if you’re splitting apps). Price: $39 may seem like a lot for a burger, but honestly? We had the most wonderful experience celebrating our anniversary here. From start to finish, everything was exceptional — the food was absolutely fantastic, and every dish felt thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented. What made the night truly unforgettable, though, was the incredible staff. They made us feel genuinely welcomed and celebrated — not just as guests, but as people. A special shoutout to Joel, our main waiter, who was kind, attentive, and just a joy throughout the evening. And to Matthew, the food and beverage manager — thank you for going above and beyond to make our night feel so special. You and Joel truly stood out. We also want to thank Carla and Kristy — your warmth and smiles added so much to the experience. It was clear that everyone we encountered genuinely cared and took pride in what they do. Oh my gosh, the food is outstanding! The home made Focaccia bread is absolutely delicious! The service is incredible. I spent much of my youth in Italy and the food reminded me of home. This is our place to dine every time we are in Miami.
