It is operated by the couple, Chef Juan Lopez Luna et sommelier and wine importer Lindsay Brennan. We had a lovely meal. The food choices were wide ranging and everything was beautifully flavoured annd presented . In addition, the service was both efficient and kind. We couldn’t have had a more enjoyable evening.

This is one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had! The service was top notch and so welcoming. The courses were well paced and the food was outstanding. They clearly have thought of everything and I’d highly recommend it. Thanks Garde Manger for making our last meal in Montreal so memorable.
