Best Restaurants with a Tasting Menu in Latham

First time try at this restaurant. 4:30-5:30 raw oysters at the bar. The oysters were properly shucked, ice cold and delicious. Dinner offerings are rather limited. We had the octopus appetizer and shrimp appetizer. Presentation for each was inviting, shrimp were crisp to the bite cooked perfectly and the octopus could have been an entree. Even the small squashed potatoes with the octopus were a nice tasty addition. Halibut was an excellent entree. My paired protein and side, scallops and potato gratin, were wonderful. For dessert we shared a dish of house made caramel butter pecan ice cream. It was amazingly decadent. In all, our experience was all positive and we look forward to perhaps a more extensive menu at our return visit.

We went here for our 15th Wedding Anniversary and chose the Grand tasting menu. The food was amazing we were very happy with our meal!!

This Omikase experience reminds me of our trip to Japan. The sushi chef was very engaging and knowledgeable and the food was outstanding! Drinks were also great and we will definitely recommend and be back for more!
