We have loved Ibiza since it opened and continue to frequent it quite often. There has been a change in chefs which concerned us to begin with. For those of us used to the “old “ menu and standard dishes, I suggest trying old and new dishes as if you are going to a new restaurant. I do miss a few of my old favorites, but we enjoyed several variations. The chicken and fresh fish were delicious as was the interesting mussel app. I look forward to trying their paella in a night when it’s offered. We love the owner,Ignacio, whose warmth inspires the restaurant’s vibe.

The food is excellent at Apropos. The big disappointment was that I asked for a window table and received a call to verify that I would get one. Then when we got there, the only free window table was set for six people and we were told they had preference over us (three people). Those "six" people arrived when we were eating dessert and were actually four people. This started things off wrong, but the food and service made up for it. At times, it seemed like the staff was running around to meet everyone's needs. The time between courses was a bit long and I wondered if something was going on behind the scenes. I will return because the food is so good, but the staff shouldn't promise something they can't deliver.

Excellent food, wine and service. One of the best meals we have ever had. All courses were different and interesting.

Dining is always an experience and the cuisine is superb!
