Beauty & Essex has an innovative design that starts in the restaurant’s entrance, a well-curated modern-day pawn shop replete with a saxophone, boombox, quirky artifacts, vintage treasures, and an eclectic array of “one-off” pieces of jewelry. Continuing past the pawnshop, guests encounter a grand, circular staircase wrapped around a two-story custom chandelier, but only the adventurous will discover all that Beauty & Essex has to offer. We had an amazing time! We were greeted by the hostess who was so nice and only waited a few minutes to be seated. The sushi was delicious, my husband doesn’t even like sushi that much but he raved about the sushi at Sake No Hana! Service was great, our server Anna made great recommendations and helped us put together the perfect dinner. She was energetic, extremely attentive and so sweet. I had the branzino while my husband had the main lobster and udon carbonara and everything had superb flavor and good portion sizes. The interior is jaw dropping, so aesthetically pleasing! Definitely adding this restaurant to our favorites, can’t wait to go back!
