Tucked down a laneway, housed in an industrial building, you'll find our quirky pizzeria. Our vibe is super casual and we love to see our customers sharing pizzas, beers and enjoying life. Pizza Napoletana is authentic pizza from Naples, and we make it according to the generations-old technique....with just a little of our own twists here and there. Our dough is made in-house and fermented for a minimum of 24hrs to create a tasty and light base - minimal yeast so no bloating here. Then its hand-stretched, topped with quality ingredients imported from Italy AND sourced locally, and cooked at a fiery 400 degrees.We do other stuff as well - starters, sharers, salads, homemade desserts, and gelato. We could only stay in our original digs for so long. To keep pace with the ever-growing demand for the freshest beer possible, brewed on-site, we've taken the leap once more with our new venue in Buderim. This is now our home for all beer and beers-ness, and we couldn't be prouder of the space we've created. It's a place that falls somewhere between a brewpub, a production brewery, an American BBQ restaurant, a function venue, and a local's hangout. Open to the public from Wednesday through Sunday, beer is brewed on-site every day.
