The Story of Josephine’sThe story of Josephine’s begins during our executive chef Daniel LeBoon’s childhood. At eight years old, working for his father’s catering company, Daniel discovered a passion for food. This love — and undeniable talent — saw him intern at Philadelphia’s prestigious Le Bec-Fin. He went on to work in Paris at the venerable Hotel Vernet working under the renowned chef’s Alain Solvere and Alain Ducasse. In 2004, Daniel purchased Josephine’s in Marietta and developed an extremely loyal following based on the combination of great food, great atmosphere and great hospitality. Although Josephine’s closed in 2011, the name and the experiences are fondly remembered by countless people.

Although our building is over 225 years old we update our menu daily! Change is a good thing at the Greenfield. We specialize in next day delivery of seafood while we continue to cut our own steaks.     The server/bartender was knowledgeable about food and wines. Food was great. Ambience was great until a large party who knew the owner showed up. I feel like they should e been out in a private room or given the entire dining room.

    Great place for a special occasion. Carving station, salads and soups, cheese and charcuterie. Omelet and pasta stations, pancakes and waffles with toppings, salmon, crab cakes. Also,all kinds of breakfast pastries, meats and desserts. Lots to choose from and everything was really fresh and good. It was for my birthday and they have a balloon at your chair and our server was friendly and great. Brought a card with a complementary brunch. Very nice!
