Absolutely fantastic pub, the food is some of the best I've eaten in quite a while, fantastic staff, great friendly atmosphere. Best Irish Pub in Melbourne!! Pint of Melbounre Black is highly recommended. Thank you to all the staff !

We had 2 burgers and a 2 large soft drink at this visit. All which were served in good time and very tasty pre show quick meal.

We loved the experience having celebrated our Daughter’s 22nd Birthday. Sunday provides great music in a quirky environment.We love all the old memorabilia in an old school pub. The staff were very friendly and the atmosphere was a great venue to have a party and the food was top class. Don’t lose the vibe.

This was our first time dining at The Smoke Pit, from the moment we entered staff were friendly and welcoming. Acknowledged it was a birthday and gave us a free cap, which was a great touch .The food was sensational, beef brisket melted in your mouth, sauces were delicious, sides of corn ,slaw, mac n cheese and chips all were amazing, Burgers fabulous, ribs very good. Sausages very tasty. Finished with the pie which were all fantastic. They were extremely busy but, got all of our meals out in a great amount of time, never made us feel rushed, in fact we were the last to leave, tremendous service by all staff. Perfect atmosphere great music. Well done to you all, certainly had a great night, we'll be back.
