We had a wonderful meal, the drinks (cocktails) were excellent, the starters again excellent except they came separately (20 minutes apart) but didn't matter as we shared, the main meals were the same separately (10/15 mins apart) my partner was half way through his meal and felt uncomfortable eating with me just sitting there. The food quality was excellent just the timings off a bit, another couple came in and asked for the AC to be turned off which made it a lot more comfortable wish we had thought of that. They did apologise which was good. Will we eat there again yes definitely just put it down to a blip.

I ordered the Hot honey chicken pizza( which I’ve had before and was delicious) on this occasion there was vey little chicken and the pizza was very dry.. My friend ordered Chicken Wellington.. at £21 I thought it looked a very small portion and veg looked over cooked . And no potatoes included at that price!!, A large glass of Rose Zinvandel was £10 .. very expensive ! The portions seem smaller and the wine more expensive. Very disappointing evening as I have always enjoyed Albert’s Didsbury and eaten there regularly for years. 2 favourites are no longer on the main menu .??? . Steak Fritzes and Fish @ Chips. Need to be added as I think the menu is very poor and has Earle changed over the years

Lovely old Lloyds bank building converted into a restaurant and bar. First visit and very impressed. Great staff - friendly and well trained, and it shows that the restaurant is newly opened. Food was really good. Fabulous cocktails. My only gripe is that the menu design is reminiscent of a national chain, but that is a minor criticism.

My favourite restaurant, food is great and the whole atmosphere is calm even when busy and the staff are really friendly, Valentina was really kind and she took time to me choose a nice cocktail
