Another delicious meal at the Union. All the dishes are wonderful. You can’t go wrong with any of the steaks and I always get the snapper. It’s absolutely delicious! You must order the ceviche at the union some of the best on the island and we’ve tried them all! And of course, the Godfather old fashion to drink! The service is also top notch.

What an amazing night! Such a fun and exciting place. Watched a beautiful sunset from our beach table and even got to see bioluminescence in the bay. The food was very good. Loved the grilled snapper and tuna sushi roll.

Wonderful food and service. Totally professional staff. Amazing choice of dishes. It is a high end restaurant but ample amount of food on your plate. Tough on US diners with the devaluation of the dollar but worth the visit
