Our group of four agreed that the experience we had at Longplay Bistro was absolutely superb. The front of house staff/owners were friendly, service was attentive, and the space itself was beautiful, with heavy curtains to help with noise absorption. Tables were well spaced and the music playlist was great, 60’s through to 80’s jazz and Motown. The menu was adventurous and sophisticated with all the hallmarks of great French bistro food, excellent steak and fish. The highlights were the snapper and the ox tongue. The wine list was concise and well curated. This restaurant is the complete package, a lovely place to be with great service, food and wine, something that is not always easy to find. We’re from Melbourne and we will make a point of coming back.

The platter and the desert was the great. The all the staff were amazing. Jasper and Luke were the best staff to serve. We enjoyed and appreciated their work.

Lovely lunch on Easter Sunday. Tasty good, great coffee and service. Would be good if open a bit later to sit and chat
