Entering the Saloon, a family owned restaurant since it opened in 1967 is a bit like stepping into Philadelphia's past.     Good was excellent - generous portions and HOT as it should be. Steam was rising from the fried rice! If I had one complaint it would be the noise level. The restaurant is beautifully decorated but tables are close and you have to shout to be heard.

    We had an incredible meal at Amada. We did the chef's tasting menu. Everything we had was artfully presented, well seasoned, and tasted amazing. It as SO much food! I love doing tasting menu's because it pushes me to try things I might not normally order. The cocktails were equally as delicious. To cap everything off, the service was impeccable. I dont recall our servers name, however, he had spectacular blue eyes. We will definitely be back

    We had a wonderful experience. Our server, Angela was so helpful and really helped to make the evening feel special. Every dish was divine, kudos to the chef, and all of the staff—we felt truly spoiled in a good way!
