We recently dined at Firebirds and had an outstanding experience. The food was excellent across the board, but the new Roasted Chicken really stood out — juicy, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. It’s definitely a keeper on the menu! Service was attentive and friendly, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting, great for a casual dinner or a special occasion. One small request: we’d love to see more gluten-free dessert options. Something equally delicious and satisfying to finish off a great meal would really round out the experience for guests with dietary restrictions. Shoutout to Brandi the manager for making us feel like coming home to family. Overall, Firebirds continues to impress — we’ll be back!

Jason was an amazing server. He wrote a very nice Happy Anniversary card upon our arrival. He explained all the dishes and the history of the chocolate. Everything was innovative and delicious. Highly recommend!!
