We had an incredible experience at Embers. Food was delicious, atmosphere was charming, and our server Morgan was phenomenal. Due to some traffic getting to the resort we had to bump our reservation to the later seating and wow was that a lucky decision as we had the whole restaurant to ourselves! They could have very easily said we had to come at our original time but they were so accommodating and it was incredible. The only 5 star dining experience in the area and well worth the price!

Excellent fine dining in the countryside of Yosemite National Park! The atmosphere is completely romantic and something of a storybook. The staff were each very amusing and caring.

To the extent that there are very few dining options at Tenaya, Jackalopes has a good enough menu for standard American fare. The dishes were above average in flavor and freshness - making up for the fact that it was “upscale” in price. The service was maddeningly slow, and I suspect they are understaffed in the kitchen and wait staff.
