Food was amazing and the service was excellent shout to the chef.

Perfect place for a birthday lunch with friends. Everyone loved their salads and desserts! The service was excellent. Always a great choice for a meal.

Our server was pleasant but slow. 3 of 4 of us ordered onion soup & specifically requested that it be hot - It was not until sent back for re-heating. My chicken dish was excellent although not particularly warm either. Our desserts were fine. Notably - charging for an ice tea refill on a $50 meal seemed a bit unnecessary, especially after we had made a few complaints about service . We’d try Mim’s again - but not anytime soon.

We have been to Davenport Press many times and have always been satisfied. We were seated before 5:30 in order to use a 20% off coupon. Last night we went with another couple and, it may have been what they ordered, but they weren’t happy. One ordered the soft shell crabs which she said were “ok.” The other person ordered the veal scaloppini and said the veal was tough. One person ordered a Diet Coke at the end of the meal, but never got it.

We asked the staff if we could sit outside and they set up a lovely table in the gazebo just for us. Very accommodating. I had the steak frite and it was very good. The brunch special comes with a cocktail and I found it to be a good value. I will definitely go back
