Wow what a superb place . Was greeted by friendly staff straight away and shown to our table .It was my sons birthday so they had kindly got him a balloon , birthday card and little bottle of Prosecco superb customer service and such nice surprize . Don’t know any other cafe that does this so is excellent xtra social touch . Coffee was gorgeous along with ham salad and chill jacket potatoe . Staff at till whom took our money was superb just the friendliest staff member and very good at her job . Will deffo go again and thoroughly recommend . Need to book which we did as gets very popular .

Not been here for many years. Belated birthday Sunday lunch with a friend. Only us in the Bistro at 13.00, it got busier from 14.0. Excellent choice of help yourself starters called Market Table great idea. Then it's either Roast Beef or Chicken for main with lots of vegetables. Good wine list but expensive. I have booked again.

Beautiful presentation. The scones were delicious. The clotted cream and jam only brought out more of the delightful flavor of the scones. I have had an opportunity to try multiple different scones from different places and this is my favorite. Highly recommend. The sandwiches were also delicious.
