Best Restaurants for Afternoon Tea in Avondale

A fun experience. All the staff seem genuinely excited to make your day wonderful. We were one of the last seatings and the end of the service there were some extra sandwiches they boxed up for us to take. We ate them for dinner! What a treat!

Awesome experience. Our server, Hector, was so helpful and considerate. He verified my allergies and consulted with the chef to prepare my food accordingly. The dinner was amazing. We loved everything. We love this restaurant and we love staying at the Phoenician.

We had an amazing experience at Talavera! The wait staff was incredible, views were great, decor & music high end, and the food was perfect. My only suggestion is, in this day and age, please do not assume everyone drinks alcohol. We went for our anniversary and it was surprising and off putting to immediately be confronted with champagne that was getting ready to be poured without even asking. We barely had time to stop them and say no thank you. We do not have a ‘problem’ with alcohol, it’s simply a preference, but if we had, it would have been very difficult to stop this from occurring. So please be sensitive and aware, ask ahead of time please. Otherwise, keep up the good work!

I wanted to share some excellent feedback regarding a recent dining experience. David provided A+ service with his knowledge of the menu and recommendations. Our Waygu was cooked perfectly. The restaurant is beautiful inside with one of the best views overlooking the mountains. The host staff was also very friendly when we arrived and made the welcome special. I will definitely be back the next time I am in Arizona. Keep up the incredible job!
