We had the pleasure of celebrating our anniversary here, and we had a really nice time! The atmosphere was incredible—warm, inviting, and beautifully set up. Every member of the staff was exceptionally nice and friendly, and they even remembered to congratulate us on our anniversary, which made the evening feel extra special.

Second time at the Orangery and lovely experience again. This time we tried the Swedish pancakes and were let down by this dish. Unlike everything else we tried which was fabulous- nobody asked for feedback on this dish. The service was not as good as our first visit but still quite good. I would absolutely not recommend the Swedish pancakes (brunch menu) but everything else was a ten out of ten.

Beautiful hotel and grounds. Sandwiches and scones were a little dry but still tasty. The star of the show was our waitress Josie, a really lovely young lady, who couldn’t do enough for us, to make sure that we were happy. Thankyou Josie for making our afternoon extremely pleasurable, she is a credit to Ellenborough Park.

Beautiful presentation. The scones were delicious. The clotted cream and jam only brought out more of the delightful flavor of the scones. I have had an opportunity to try multiple different scones from different places and this is my favorite. Highly recommend. The sandwiches were also delicious.

The whole family were welcomed by Lisa who was so lovely to our eldest son. She made sure the kids food came out quickly and then focussed on ours, making fresh pastry for the pies we ordered. The finding room could use a lick of paint, but this was insignificant for the warm welcome and delicious food that we were presented with. Excellent little place! There is also a whole playground opposite the pub which would be amazing in the summer!
