Gorgeous restaurant, in an historical setting. The decor is very tastefully done to match the the character and feel of the building. Front of house staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive. Food was absolutely outstanding, and my wife opted for the wine pairing which was perfect with her menu choices. The set price lunchtime menu is really good value for the quality and service, and would highly recommend.

1st visit to a Gino’s restaurant and it surpassed our expectations- lovely food & excellent service

Had Sunday lunch here for my husband's birthday with two other family members in this upmarket restaurant. Enjoyed cocktails before the meal and then called to the table promptly for our time. Service excellent as was the food. Beef and lamb both delicious- lovely to see lamb on the menu. Starters all very nice and tasty. Compliments to the chefs. Pristine white tablecloths and a lovely ambience. We asked for the rather loud music to be turned down a bit which they did very pleasantly. (It was then background which was fine). Staff were very obliging and we all enjoyed our experience. Our third visit here and will definitely return. Highly recommend.

Due to personal circumstances we were able to change our dining time thanks to the staff for being so helpful and understanding,the food,service and staff were perfect as always when we have visited. We would always try and have food when we visit Newcastle and this is our restaurant of choice Staff are a credit to this establishment

A very nice and relaxing venue to have afternoon tea - with good service from our waitresses. Food was good for the price.
