Our tap room is a unique collaboration with Eastry artisan brewer Time & Tide, whose award winning beers are carefully curated and complement a wonderful range of wines. Unfussy, clean & simple dishes prepared entirely from fresh local produce (cooked exceptionally well) is what you may expect. Our kitchen team source virtually all their ingredients locally, including seafood from Jenkins and Sons of Deal.     Absolutely delightful setting in the courtyard. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Food was excellent and a good number of choices for light lunch dishes (plenty of vegetarian options too). I would definitely recommend and will be visiting again.

    We really enjoyed our Afternoon Tea. The food was delicious and service very good with the added touch of a candle in one of the cakes to celebrate my friend's birthday. Looking forward to our next visit

    You must go to the Fancy Fox! Let’s start with decor- absolutely stunning! The most beautifully decorated cafe/restaurant I have ever attended. Food- outstanding! Fresh, home made and absolutely delicious! We had the Afternoon Tea and it was THE BEST I have ever tasted! And I didn’t feel full after- that is always a sign of good ingredients! Service! Exemplary! Kerry was our waitress and the loveliest waitress! So kind, friendly, attentive, polite, smiley! Utterly charming. My daughter has special dietary requirements and Kerry was extremely accommodating to her needs. I cannot recommend the Fancy Fox highly enough. We will be back! Thank you for an amazing Afternoon Tea.

    All was exemplary, although somewhat spoilt by having to wait over 30 minutes for our food to arrive, even though my wife and I were pre-booked. Apparently, a large party had turned up and ordered before us. Nevertheless, all else was great, even the requested surprise birthday candle on my wife’s dessert!
