Fantastic afternoon tea experience, presentation, service above and beyond. Took doggy bag, as couldn't finish all the goodies. Definitely coming back to try the breakfast next time.

The drawing room closes at 7pm and our on line booking was for 7pm so we were re allocated to their No 43 restaurant which is open from 7pm to 9pm. The restaurant has a lovely view out to the sea with a larger menu than the drawing room Great service in pleasant surroundings. The food was of a good standard and came out pretty quickly.

Fredrick’s belongs to The Hotel Carlton Bournemouth, The Hotel is let’s say has seen better days which is reflected in the Bar and Restaurant however the staff in the restaurant are friendly. Tommy looked after us both nights. He’s so professional and friendly. We were on a deal. Room Bed & Breakfast and 3 course dinner. The menu for this deal is fine. Plenty of choice. The food we had was nice. Ok place for a deal. Breakfast standard. But considering the deal plenty of choice.

Very good service and comfortable seats. Drinks were reasonably priced fantastic view from the balcony over looking Bournemouth . All round a excellent place and night out
