We had a lovely time at afternoon tea. The service was excellent they catered to my allergies. Waiter was very attentive. Food and tea selection was great - just the scones were a bit dry/ old

We were a party of 9 celebrating a significant birthday in the restaurant, as a quiet Monday lunchtime it felt like we were private dining! The acoustics in the room were perfect, as we are large party everyone could hear each other speak! All the staff from the bar when we arrived to the restaurant were welcoming, professional, efficient & friendly. The food was delicious & enjoyed by all. A very happy birthday celebration

Easter Sunday afternoon tea - what a treat! Loved the cakes and sandwiches and we each got a bag of chocolate eggs at the end.

I agree with previous comments that the sandwiches were a bit dry, some lacking enough filling - the Ting (the Shard) might be a good place for inspiration. Service was spot on, nothing to complain about.
