Our “finest hour” was most definitely during the Battle of Britain in World War II, when we were commandeered by the RAF to serve as an auxiliary mess for Fighter Command at RAF Kenley. Today we serve a refreshing range of lager, ale & wines and a menu that reflects the great British pub, using fresh ingredients all cooked to order. We welcome the local & wider community, walkers, cyclists & four legged friends. The bar is open daily from 11am-10.30pm and food times are detailed in our business hours below.

    Fantastic customer service by the wait staff. 3 lovely members of team were friendly and gave comment on dishes and explained further the significance of a couple of the dishes. My partner and I came here for our wedding anniversary. Was a lovely place to spend it and we were surprised by a complimentary delicious dark chocolate cake by the staff to commemorate the occasion. A nice touch to the end of a lovely evening dinner. As well as that the ambience, music was fab and created a relaxed atmosphere whilst the sun set as we ate. Gorgeous views from the restaurant area. Highly recommend!

    Very very good. Particularly - the service was brilliant. Lovely staff, very friendly, welcoming, efficient and not at all pushy for the table. (Bev and one other excellent colleague who served us) Food excellent. Slightly higher price than ideal but it’s a lovely place and that comes at a price Highly recommended - thank you The Landing
