CT Coffee & Coconuts is a unique and vibrant restaurant in Amsterdam specializing in tantalizing global cuisine with a bright and laid-back Hawaiian atmosphere. The steamed dirty duck's black pepper buns filled with black pepper sauce marinated duck and Amsterdam onions and the cumin and pimento-spiced chicken 'n cheese meatballs make most welcoming appetizers. Some of CT Coffee & Coconuts' entrée dishes include the vegetarian Indian lentil dhal with roasted cauliflower, cashews and sweet potatoes in curry sauce, the coconut fish and chips with Asian slaw and coconut-lime sauce and the Dutch ribeye with pumpkin puree and caramelized lettuce, all of which are perfectly prepared.
