Next Door is the sister restaurant of Margaret, which, quite literally, sits next door to it at the corner of Bay St and Guilfoyle Avenue. Featuring a rolling 12-hour lunch-to-dinner menu, the bar brings you a selection of specially curated small plates such as Woodfire Grilled Peppers, Cherry Tomatoes with Oregano, Braised Zucchini with Mint, Chilli and Pecorino, as well as an amazing selection of Consorcio, Cuca, Pollastrini, Ortiz and Real Conversas tins with some freshly baked sourdough from Baker Bleu.     We had a rushed dinner thanks to us running late and needing to be at a show. The staff were super friendly and helpful and our meals came quickly and were delicious! Only minor complaint was the chicken skewers were a small dice and overcooked. That said, the croquettes, jamon with pickles and burrata, anchovies , octopus, chorizo sliders and scallops were all delicious! Thank you - we will be back for a more leisurely dinner soon

    A beautiful and relaxed restaurant that offers incredibly great blend of Mediterranean/Aussie food with amazing service, complemented by a laid back atmosphere that would suit anything from a casual catch to up to romantic date night.

    This is a cute restaurant, you feel like you have been transported to an old European type cafe/bistro Food is pretty good, ambiance is great, Wednesday's there is live jazz music, downstairs, and there's definitely a great vibe, mostly young artistic types, but we are in our 60's and had a great time
