The Seven Stars is a 16th century country inn situated in the heart of Surrey, close to both Dorking and Reigate, with Gatwick airport seven miles away. It has wealth of character which includes a large inglenook fireplace, beamed ceilings, recently renovated gardens and patios along with ample parking.An extension that now forms the main dining area was completed in 1996 and won the British Heritage Development Award for that year.The Seven Stars has a great atmosphere, we have strived to keep it a village pub where friends and locals meet up to wine, dine and and enjoy freshly cooked food, sourced from the local area.     Booked a table for 12 outside. All set up ready on arrival. Sunday lunch menu. Good selection. Everybody enjoyed their food, the pub itself, staff and value for money. Would definitely return and recommend!

    Wonderful afternoon with great food, equally great service and the fabulous Ray Lowe to entertain us. He is so talented and good fun hence we keep returning! Highly recommend the spaghetti tree Walton on the hill.

    A lovely family-owned pub & trestaurant with plenty of covered areas for those who wish to sit in the garden and enjoy the views. Quiet in the restaurant area as everyone else was dining outside! As ever, the quantity & quality of the food was excellent (roast beef and scampi) while the service was quick and attentive (they needed something to do inside!) and very friendly. We dine here roughly once a quarter on Sundays, and it is my personal favourite in the area.
