Welcoming reception by friendly staff. Food was served efficiently and very tasty. Set overlooking the river the restaurant was perfect for the birthday occasion

Fabulous carvery and if you like trifle you'll love theirs, be warned though it's very big, could easily be a sharer but I managed it all to myself 😊

The burger night was fabulous the beef chilli nachos were a great hit with all of us xx

Well, the Church does it once again: extremely gracious service, a quiet outdoor table in the Beer Garden, excellent wine choices including a pale French Rose (perfect for this hot summer day) and 'way better than average food. A chicken Kiev! Excellent tomato caprese salad. There's a reason they end up on Open Table's top ten restaurants in Shropshire. Makes me really glad to live in Ludlow.

Best Herefordshire fillet steak I've ever had (even though we were in Shropshire!). It was scorching hot so we sat out in the shade on the terrace, which was a blessing. Although it's outside Ludlow town centre it's a pleasant walk from the town and you get wonderful views of the Castle on the way back down. Highly recommended.
