Vatutto is a family run restaurant, Owners Paul and Myrto Recinella moved from their 16 year Institution at Zios East Melbourne to the Ivanhoe location in 2015. A full renovation was completed recently creating a modern yetelegant atmosphere. Vatutto translates from Italian to ‘Everything goes’ the menu here has a diverse flavour selection from all corners of the earth. Produce here is sourced from premium suppliers, and we use sustainable seafood from Australian or New Zealand waters, Wagyu beef from Gippsland, organic eggs, fruit and vegetables, and quality imported cheese, dairy products and flour. Bread is baked daily and all desserts, pastries and ice cream are all made on the premises using quality ingredients.

Prosciutto Bros. is a warehouse factory converted into a Craft Bar, a big red brick building in the industrial area of Eltham, frequented by locals who love an icy craft beer, with 20 Craft Beer taps and a great wine list to match. Prosciutto Bros menu is designed for sharing, very home-style Italian, featuring imported smoked, salted, preserved and cooked meats and cheeses showcased on display in our deli window, served as antipasti platters, charcuterie and cheese boards. We also have a wood fired oven, where an array of pizzas are cooked, some topped with meatballs, salami's and of course Prosciutto, a range of other plates, like a trio of dips with freshly baked bread, home-made meatballs, home-made gnocchi and many other "Little Tings".     A beautiful night with our family - great food . The dolmades were not like usual - plain rice was not inside - a tomato rice instead . We like the traditional dolmades . The lamb and chicken was so very delicious - always our favourite . Gemishte was good - could have been abit less sloppy and more flavoursome . Be great if you could get rice as a side , be great with the lamb and chicken . Pita bread so good . Loukomodis are gorgeous - Greek donuts , don’t know if I have got the spelling right . Great service - friendly and is a great atmosphere . Nothing is too much trouble . Thank you 💖

    Service staff very friendly, food was a good standard, wine least reasonable in terms of choice and value. Would recommend a bigger table when having 4 people. Our table would have been satisfactory for 2, but too small for 4 people. Once you have food and drink it was very cramped.
