Created Tom Hill and Clare Lattin of Ducksoup in Soho and Little Duck in Hackney, Emilia is their version of a small Italian Osteria (transported to the Devonshire countryside) serving seasonal, everyday Italian inspired dishes using locally grown ingredients. Tom oversees the menu and together they cook and share a love for Italian food and natural wine. The dining room is hosted by Lucy Mastroddi and Paul Seckler along with Alice Phillips.

Food mileage really is of paramount importance to us, that's why we partner with local suppliers.Our partners, Anran less than a mile away supply us with lots of our seasonal veg and produce, with all of their proceeds from the food going to cancer research.We also supply local and delicious ales and cider. Some of these include New Lion brewery in Dartington, Barnabys in Holne and Bulkamore Orchards in Rattery.

    We booked a table before having read the reviews, which were disappointing but decided to go anyway as really liked The Beach Restaurant and thought if the same group are running it how different can it be, so gave it a go. We found the staff very pleasant and Lois, who served us, very enthusiastic, attentive and informative. We had a very pleasant experience and enjoyed our breakfast.

    We totally enjoyed the unique Sunday Roast experience at Twenty Seven. The food was outstanding and an experience that we will be definitely sharing with family and friends in the days that are ahead.
