Our Slow Lane Brewery Taproom & Kitchen serves up Neapolitan-style pizzas using our own house made slow-fermented pizza dough. Our bar pours our full range of beers brewed on-site as well as wine, cider, cocktails, spirits and non-alcoholic drinks. We are a family friendly venue with plenty of outdoor seating. We are closed and will reopen with our new students on 12 August. We will take bookings again from 22 July. The Apprentice Restaurant Sydney is a TAFE NSW licensed training restaurant. Lunch 12pm to 2pm: three courses (entrée, main & dessert) for $44 or you can select any two courses for $39. Dinner 6pm to 8:30pm: three course menu for $44. (Our prices are excluding beverages). Group beverage packages are available to pre-purchase for the whole group.Our meals are usually served Table d’hôte (alternate drop) and portions are limited.Bookings are highly recommended to avoid disappointment.     Very cold wknight, guy accommodated us well by turning on 2 outdoor heaters for our group. Very chill vibe and the pizza overs wasn’t on unfortunately as we had planned to eat there but it had cool games and a nice vibe. Bar man was very good and informative when it came to describing drinks. Don’t get the bramble sour, none of my table enjoyed it but the other beers were enjoyed. Cocktails could be a little bigger haha

    Food was tasty, flavoursome and enjoyable. The staff were insightful and knowledgeable on the menu, tentative and friendly. We will definitely be back again for the next date night

    What a wonderful dining experience. The degustation menu was delicious and beautifully presented . The drinks were done with style. Our waitress explained the menu in detail and was very helpful we had a wonderful night and would highly recommend.

    The food and service is very good. But the music was so loud, not very good ambience. They did turn it off later which was much better. Otherwise , we thoroughly enjoyed the evening and very good value with 2 for one pub classics. Thanks Julia
